World Cup 2023 Warmup fixtures OUT, IND vs ENG on 30th Sept – Check Out all Fixtures

World Cup Warmup fixtures out, India to face England & Netherlands - Check Full Fixture list

With the ICC World Cup Drawing near, the official warmup matches for all the 10 participating teams have been announced. The matches are scheduled to be held in three different venues, i.e Guwahati, Hyderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram from 29th September to 3rd of October. Fans can buy the tickets for the warm-up matches from 25th August. Hosts India will play against England on 30th Sept and against the Netherlands on 3rd October.

As at previous ICC Cricket World Cup events, warm-up fixtures will be 50 overs per side, but will not carry ODI status as teams will be allowed to field all members of their 15-player squad in these matches.

Each of the 10 participating teams will play 2 practice matches during the warmup period phase. Hosts India will face defending Champions England on 30th September at Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati. (Check India’s World Cup Warmup schedule). The second match for Rohit Sharma and his boys will be on 3rd October against the Netherlands at Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram.

The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 begins on 5 October when defending champions England face New Zealand in Ahmedabad, which will also be the venue for the final on 19 November.
