Coming to the Pakistan team and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the duo have quite a few complains and feedbacks on the World Cup Schedule. Pakistan had made it clear that they will not face India in the opening game at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad citing safety issues and thus as a result Chennai has been selected as the venue for the his high profile game.

Further more PCB has also claimed that they are not comfortable facing Afghanistan in a spin friendly track in Chennai and Australia in Bangalore and have asked ICC to reverse the venues for the fixtures. The BCCI on the other hand rejected the suggestions laid by PCB.
