The specific incident took place last year on June 8th, the man in the video who can be committing the assault has been identified as Christopher Lee Seeney aged 36 and is behind the bars in Orange County.
The man can be seen yelling and cursing at the girls who were recording the video after having thrown the 17-year-old girl onto the street.
The main reason for the man to act out violently is reasoned to be, the teenage girl passed his vehicle.
