Watch Smriti Mandhana, Del Piero, and Gopichand arrive in Bangalore for the LeadersxRCB event hosted by Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Indian Women’s Team Captain Smriti Mandhana, Italian Football Legend Alessandro Del Piero, and Indian Badminton Maestro Pullela Gopichand were seen attending at the LeadersxRCB event in Bangalore. It is part of a two-day Leaders Meet Innovation conference in Bengaluru. The conference was organised by IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore in collaboration with Leaders in Sport, the world’s leading events and media organisation.

The unique event will bring together significant people in sports and media from around the world. The major aim has been to exchange bold solutions for driving growth in the international sports sector, including both on-field and off-field efforts. The main purpose of this long-term collaboration is to inspire discussions that will impact the future of sports in India.

This effort connects neatly with the establishment of the RCB Innovation Lab. Its principles are to provide sports innovation to people of all ages and to develop partnership with new-age organisations.

The event will act as an amplifier for promoting the convergence of athletic ability with economic savvy. Thus, investigating how inventive thought propels development. The topics covered will include sports technology, media, business, and performance innovation. The LeadersXRCB meet will take place in Bengaluru on November 29 and 30, 2023, and will feature a star-studded lineup.

The conference will feature speakers like Abhinav Bindra, India’s first ever individual Olympic gold medallist, Neeraj Chopra, Olympic and world champion. Will Brass, chief commercial officer of the Premier League, football England Test batting coach Brendon McCullum, are also slated to attend according to RCB website.
