Team India is taking on Australia in the final encounter of the World Test Championship being played at the Kennington Oval, London. Going to Lunch, India has scalped two wickets with the latest to fall being opener David Warner as KS Bharat took a stunning catch behind the wickets.
The first session went to both the teams as India get rid of both the openers with the Australia scoring 73 runs. Warner was in sublime touch scoring 8 boundaries hitting well on both the front and backfoot but missed his half century by 7 runs getting out to Shardul Thakur few minutes before lunch.
As mentioned above, Bharat who has been chosen ahead of Ishan Kishan to do the keeping duties moved swiftly behind the wickets to complete a good catch. Speaking about Bharat’s numbers in Test cricket, the batter has played 5 games and scored a shade above 100 runs in the longest format of the game. He will be looking to leave a mark with the bat when India come out to bat in their first innings.
