WATCH: Beneil Dariush vs Arman Tsarukyan – Every Knock Out In The UFC Austin Event

In this article we bring you all the victories by KO for UFC Austin fight night: Dariush vs. Tsarukyan

The UFC returned to the road following a week off for a stacked Fight Night event at the Moody Centre in Austin, Texas. UFC Austin featured its main event fight, Beneil Dariush vs Arman Tsarukyan.

The night’s main event was about as high-profile a fight as you can ask for from a non-PPV card with Beneil Dariush taking on Arman Tsarukyan. Dariush was looking to defend his #4 lightweight ranking and get back on track after his knockout loss to Charles Oliveira, but Tsarukyan floored “Benny” with a brutal combination just over a minute into their fight. In this article we bring you all the victories by KO for UFC Austin fight night: Dariush vs. Tsarukyan

Results OF UFC Austin Fight Night Beneil Dariush vs Arman Tsarukyan

  • Arman Tsarukyan def. Beneil Dariush by KO: Arman Tsarukyan has entered the discussion for the lightweight title.

After an incredible night of action in Austin, the 27-year-old on a roll defeated Beneil Dariush via first-round knockout. The final move started with a knee to the head from the Thai clinch, and Tsarukyan’s right hand drove Dariush to the ground. From there, the surging Armenian talent pounded out the finish before racing into the crowd to celebrate with fans.

  • Jalin Turner defeats Bobby Green by KO: Arriving in Texas, Jalin Turner made an impression by defeating Bobby “King” Green via devastating first-round finish in the co-main event.

Turner’s length was an issue right away since he launched long-range strikes that kept Green outside and prevented him from closing the gap and counterattacking. A right hand behind Green’s ear wobbled him halfway through the first stanza. Turner then pounced, landing with follow-up strikes that sent Green down the canvas, where he went into back mount and hammered out the finish.

  • Cody Brundage defeats Zachary Reese by KO: As Zach Reese attempted to link his legs for a triangle choke, Cody Brundage, imitating Drakkar Klose from the last bout, gathered him into the air and brought him thundering down to the ground, knocking him out right away.

Brundage, who had lost three straight until winning last time out by disqualification, is quite happy with that victory. It’s made much more sweeter by the fact that he did it the same night the UFC honored his coach, Marc Montoya, for his valiant fight against cancer.

  • Drakkar Klose defeats Joe Solecki by KO: When their lightweight match began, Joe Solecki nearly immediately took down Drakkar Klose. However, the veteran was able to return to top position, and when Solecki attempted an armbar from bottom, Klose raised him, slammed him to the canvas, and was awarded the stoppage.

This is a decisive method for the divisional mainstay to get back into the game and demonstrate that he is still a force in the 155-pound weight class after missing the previous year due to a knee ailment.

  • Rodolfo Bellato defeats Ihor Potieria by TKO:  Ihor Potieria had startled the Brazilian novice early in the frame and chased him to the canvas, so he spent the first part of the second round on the canvas, trying desperately to stay off the canvas.

However, the recent winner of Dana White’s Contender Series persevered through the chaos, rising to his feet, challenging his Ukrainian opponent, and eventually tying him up on the mat.
