Virat Kohli leaves behind Tendulkar and Dhoni, only Asian to have 250M followers

With 250 million followers, Kohli has easily left behind some of the biggest names in cricket – Tendulkar and Dhoni. While the former has 40.3 million followers on Insta, the latter is notch ahead with 42.2 million followers. Kohli leads the Asian list with the highest number of followers on Insta.

Overall, in sports Cristiano Ronaldo leads the chart with 585 million followers on Instagram, followed by Lionel Messi with 462 million followers.

Currently, Kohli’s Insta account has 1,601 posts with 250M followers. The RCB superstar follows 278 people on the social media account, which includes names like Sachin Tendulkar, AB de Villiers, and Ronaldo.

Meanwhile, after IPL, the focus shifts to WTC final for Kohli. For the same, the 35-year-old has reached London yesterday and will begin training for the WTC Final clash against Australia.
