Kohli looked into a mirror in 2014, and felt he was a little chubby. The former India captain also sat and introspected about his fitness regime. Kohli cut down on all the unnecessary calories and even turned vegan in 2017 to set new fitness goals. The legendary batter is the fittest India cricketer by miles, and also consistently scores over 19 in the YO YO test. The 34-year-old does close to six hours of workout, and his weight of 74.5 to 75 is testimony to that fact.
While Kohli is extremely choosy about what he eats, he has a soft spot for desserts. In the same interview, he revealed that he loves Malva Pudding a South African dessert, which Zaheer Khan introduced to him in Joburg. Kohli also eats Ragi Halwa whenever he craves for sweets. And the humble person that he is, the former India captain also revealed that the tag of GOAT should be given to Viv Richards and Sachin Tendulkar.
