The merger of WWE, UFC, and the Endeavour media company became official earlier today. To develop a sports media collaboration unlike any other in history, the two enormous corporations came together under the newly formed TKO company.
Although the World Wrestling Entertainment and the Ultimate Fighting Championship are now housed under the same roof, virtually little information about how the two businesses’ on-screen goods may evolve has been made public.

‘UFC’s parent company Endeavour agreed to combine WWE and UFC under the same roof by establishing a new company called “TKO” in April 2023. Since then, WWE and Endeavour have been negotiating the contract. WWE ultimately consented to sell 51% of its equity to Endeavour while keeping the remaining 49%. After the WWE and UFC announced their merger at the New York Stock Exchange, the newly formed “TKO” debuted the first hype package ads for the merged businesses.
The first package starts off with footage from WWE WrestleMania 35 in April 2019 before showcasing prominent performers like Conor McGregor, Logan Paul, Sean O’Malley, John Cena, Bianca Belair, Jey Uso, Israel Adesanya, and others. An animation of the TKO logo marks the conclusion of the little clip.
