Rafael Fiziev and Mateusz Gamrot, two top-10 light heavyweights, will be in the main event at UFC Fight Night Vegas 79.
The fight will take place at UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, as Fiziev aims to expand his list of victories by knockout.
The Kazakh, who is presently rated No. 6 in the division, will compete for the first fight since losing to Justin Gaethje at UFC 286 in London.
Up until that point, “Ataman” had been requesting a matchup with a top contender, but due to Gaethje’s unrelenting offensive assault, he ultimately lost by decision.
