Sean Strickland vs Abus Magomedov

Sean Strickland, the UFC’s #7 ranked middleweight, will be looking to secure back-to-back wins for the first time in two years when he faces the unranked Abus Magomedov. Strickland is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Nassourdine Imavov in January of this year, while Magomedov made a splash in his UFC debut last September with a stunning front kick finish of Dustin Stoltzfus.

The co-main event of the evening will feature a lightweight bout between the #12 ranked Damir Ismagulov and the #15 ranked Grant Dawson. Ismagulov has been on a tear as of late, winning his last 15 fights in a row, while Dawson is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Leonardo Santos in March of this year.

The undercard also features some exciting matchups, including the return of former lightweight interim title challenger Kevin Lee, who will be facing Rinat Fakhretdinov. Lee has not fought in the UFC in two years, and will be looking to make a statement in his comeback fight. While divisional relevancy may not be at an all-time high for this card, there is no shortage of talent on display. With only five of the 24 scheduled fighters hailing from the United States, fans can expect a truly international showcase of MMA skills.

As always, UFC Fight Night promises to deliver exciting fights and memorable moments, and the main event between Sean Strickland and Abus Magomedov is shaping up to be a must-see matchup. So grab some popcorn, settle in, and get ready for a night of thrilling MMA action.
