UFC Vegas 68 highlights: Spivac scores first-round win against Lewis
The 28-year-old Moldovan heavyweight submitted “The Black Beast” with an arm-triangle choke in the main event of UFC Vegas 68. Lewis (26-11, 1 NC) was pulled to the mat at will by Spivac (16-3), who scored six takedowns in the brief battle before going to work and earning the fight-ending submit. Spivac improved to 6-1 over his last seven UFC fights with the victory, while Lewis suffered his third straight loss by way of stoppage and fourth in his last five octagon outings. Spivac called out Jon Jones, who will challenge Cyril Gane for the Heavyweight title in March. Spivac did this after the bout.
