Jan Blachowicz vs Aleksandar Rakic: Jan Blachowicz picked up a third round stoppage victory over the rising prospect Aleksandar Rakic and once again put up his name for a title match.
The match was a great exchange of strikes, although Rakic had out striked and out wrestled Jan in the first two rounds.
Although Calf Kicks played a major role in this fight, both fighters were using them a lot, Jan was checking them better and it paid in the round round after Rakic’s knee just couldn’t take anymore and he collapsed.

Aleksandar Rakic tore his right knee ACL following Jan Blachowicz Fight: Jan has his eyes set to have a title shot at the Light Heavyweight Championship once again since losing it to current Champion Glover Teixeira.
Aleksandar Rakic who collapsed because of his knee, went for MRI and found that he has tore his ACL in the right knee and would be going a surgery now.
This will be his first ACL surgery in his right knee but he has already been through two similar surgeries in his left leg twice before too.
