UFC News: Cain Velasquez hearing moved to 6th May, A mass of ‘Free Cain’ Supporters surround the San Jose court

Cain Velasquez’s court hearing: Cain Velasquez who has been in jail ever since his arrest on February 28 following the charges of attempt of murder was denied bail on March 7 and was once again brought in front of the jury on April 13th.

Velasquez is under 6 different charges which includes attempt to murder, shooting at a motor vehicle, assault with deadly weapon, carrying a loaded firearm with intent to commit felony and willfully discharging a firearm from a vehicle.

 He has been found guilty under the charges of attempted murder. Cain Velasquez chased and fired multiple shots at the vehicle of Harry Goularte, who is accused of molesting a minor family member of Cain.

The court hearing on 13th April was also attended by many know faces like former double Champion and teammate Daniel Cormier, Josh Thomson, AKA Head Coach Javier Mendez and other AKA teammates.

Cain Velasquez was again denied of bail but by the request of the lawyer Mark Geragos, the plea hearing was given a continuous date on May 9th.

 The ‘FREE CAIN’ Movement surrounds San Jose Court: The former World Heavyweight Champion is getting enormous support from fans and fellow fighters all over the world. The Free Cain movement has spread all over the world with Fighters and fans both supporting it with all their hearts.

A mass of Cain Velasquez supporters were outside the San Jose court with the banners and hopes for ‘Free Cain’ but had to leave disappointed.

Cain Velasquez thanked all his supporters on behalf of him and his family, few hours before appearing in court and wrote “Your Selfless gestures and kind words have given me strength in my darkest time”.
