Khabib vs Tony: Khabib vs Tony is famously hailed as the ‘Cursed Fight’ among fans as it got cancelled for a record number of five times.
Tony Ferguson was seen as the biggest threat to Khabib’s undefeated streak and they were supposed to fight for the first time back in 2015 but it got cancelled because of Khabib’s rib injury.
Then Tony had to back out because of an injury and during the third time when the fight was fixed, Tony tripped over a wire following the press conference and the fight got cancelled.
The Covid happened and the fight got cancelled once again as Khabib was under travel restriction and couldn’t make it to the fight. Then Khabib rolled off to the sunset and retired and Tony Ferguson is now on a four fight losing skid.

Khabib Nurmagomedov Accepts Tony Ferguson’s Proposal to SQUASH THE BEEF: We might finally see Khabib and Tony squash their unsettled long term beef but not inside the octagon as fighters.
Tony during a recent interview suggested that he and Khabib can coach respective teams at the Ultimate Fighter and squash the beef and walk off with a handshake.
Tony did mention that Khabib’s dad wanted them to fight and this is a good way to settle it. Khabib took this on a good note and told Tony too talk with his bosses and if they can’t fix it, he’ll do something about it in Eagle FC.
