Speaking about the current accusations, he is said to have killed his partner while intoxicated and doing drugs inside the hotel room.

As per reports, “Baroni beat his girlfriend, a Mexico City native, to death in San Pancho, Nayarit, México. He alleges he threw her inside the shower with force after she told him she had cheated where she hit her head and passed away minutes later.”
The woman was found to be lying on a bed with a bed sheet once the police got on the scene. She had visible signs of beating and bruises on her face, and doctors immediately declared her dead.
After beating his girlfriend, Phil Baroni claims he assisted her in getting up and putting her on the bed and covering her with a bed sheet. Baroni subsequently left the room to get the cigarettes and drink that his girlfriend had asked for. When he came back, he saw that she was not breathing.
