The UFC Austin mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which will take place tomorrow night main fight being Dariush vs. Tsarukyan (Sat., Dec. 2, 2023) on ESPN and ESPN+ from inside Moody Center in Austin, Texas, is just few hours away.
It will feature a lightweight main event between Top 10 title contenders Beneil Dariush and Arman Tsarukyan, a five-round main event that could have significant title implications for early 2024 and beyond.
All Fighters Have Made Weight For Dariush vs. Tsarukyan Fight Card
The ceremonial weigh-ins for the spectators take place at Moody Center at 5 p.m. ET, and the early weigh-ins took place at the UFC host hotel in Austin, Texas. The event on Saturday takes place at the same location; prelims air on ESPN+, followed by the main card on ESPN.
Beneil Dariush (22-5-1 MMA, 16-5-1 UFC) and Arman Tsarukyan (20-3 MMA, 7-2 UFC), who square off in the lightweight main event, were among those that weighed in. In the lightweight co-feature, Bobby Green (31-14-1 MMA, 12-9-1 UFC) squares up against Jalin Turner (13-7 MMA, 6-4 UFC), a contender to watch out for.
In addition, former flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo (21-3-1 MMA, 10-6 UFC) fights Rob Font (20-7 MMA, 10-3-1 UFC) at bantamweight, while Miesha Tate (20-9 MMA, 6-6 UFC), a former women’s bantamweight champion, faces Julia Avila (9-2 MMA, 3-1 UFC).
