UFC 287 KO: Israel Adesanya Knocks out Alex Pereira
The five-round war lasted till two as Israel Adesanya pulled off his blows and fed ‘Poatan’ to the canvas. Following a slow but steady round one, Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya began exchanging blows in round two.
Alex Pereira successfully connected a knee on Adesanya which was followed by a few punches. However, Israel Adesanya counterattacked which left Pereira in shambles. Once the Brazilian was down, Israel Adesanya closed the show with a hammer fist.

Rob Font is currently one of the fiercest strikers at bantamweight and he validated the aura by beating Yanez in the very first round. Both men came swinging. Yanez was moving forward and was looking to land a big shot.

Kevin Holland was on a two-fight losing streak and was slowly getting irrelevant from the welterweight title picture. Nevertheless, his KO win at UFC 287 clearly brought back ‘The Trail Blazer’ to the main picture.

After knocking out Chase Hooper in October 2022, Steve Garcia earned a lot of attention. He made sure to retain it at the Early Prelims of UFC 287 Pereira vs Adesanya 2 in Miami. ‘Mean Machine’ Garcia scored the first KO of the card as he stopped Sha Yilan.
Sha Yilan and Garcia finished off round one with the latter having an upper hand. Steve Garcia didn’t et the fight last long as round two began. He unloaded his best shots. With no response to the aggression, Sha Yilan surrendered to a knockout blow from Garcia at 0:36 mins of round two.
