TUF 31: Team McGregor vs Team Chandler- 5 Lightweight Prospects To Look For At The Ultimate Fighter 31
1. Lee Hammond
The Irish native is one of the lightweights to watch out for at The Ultimate Fighter. He comes from the same town from where Conor McGregor came and rose to glory. Lee is 27 years old and currently holds a 5-win streak. He is currently undefeated in his professional record and is among the top 20 MMA fighters in the United Kingdom. He has been on an undefeated streak and might outperform at the TUF.
2. Nate Jennerman
The American mixed martial artist will be another gem to watch at TUF 31. Nate has been a professional MMA fighter since 2013 and competed in more than 15 bouts. Currently, he stands at a professional record of 16-5 and also was a contender for a title fight. Since 2018, the 30-year-old has been seen as dominant in the ring after winning consecutive fights via TKO and submissions. Moreover, he has won his 3 fights via submission. On the other hand, Nate Jennerman would be a good pick to watch out the ground game.
3. Jason Knight
Jason Knight is an American Bare Knuckle boxer. The former Bare Knuckle fighter will step into the UFC octagon to get a UFC contract for himself. Although his career has some losses in his initial stage, he has progressed a lot in his past few fights with majority wins and one defeat. The 30-year-old would be a great addition to watch with his boxing skills. Conor McGregor would keep a keen eye on him who himself has a 5-win TKO win.
4. Aaron McKenzie
Aaron McKenzie will be a bigger addition to TUF 31. As a former lightweight champion from LFA, the 34-year-old lightweight has dominated his professional career with a professional record of 11-2. He is currently on a 4-win streak and he will be looking forward to being the finalist in TUF 31. On the other hand, the former champion is also skilled in submission maneuvers and a good ground game to control the fight very well.
5. Landon Quinones
Landon Quinones is another fighter with a good professional record of 7-1. The Lone Wolf is quite famous for his significant knockout finishes and has been on the winning side in his last 5 fights. The 27-year-old is well-known for his knockout technique and explosive power. Quinones will be either siding McGregor or Chandler but he might turn out to be a good addition to both teams.
