Arjan Singh Bhullar has become one of the biggest names in mixed martial arts in Asia. The 37-year-old is currently the ONE Heavyweight Champion who will be returning to the game after a 2-year hiatus. The heavyweight champion has been a dominant fighter inside the octagon and proved his strength by knocking some of the best fighters. Since his transition from wrestling, he has achieved some big milestones in his MMA career. Ahead of his big fight with Anatoliy Malykhin, Arjan Bhullar gave an inside of his training life and his mindset toward becoming a successful fighter.

ONE Heavyweight Champion Arjan Singh Bhullar shares his mindset in MMA

Recently, the One Heavyweight Champion have an exclusive interview with Star Sports where he discussed several topics. During the conversation, Bhullar detailed his mindset toward becoming a champion and developing his game day by day.

He detailed choosing the best coaches, the best gyms, and the best training environment for him. Apart from this, he worked on his defense at first and later progressed through the offense and all techniques.

He added, “I know how to train, how to train hard, set goals, how to achieve them, how to be a professional, how to sleep on time, eat right, diet, how to win, how to lose, I already have all that from wrestling. So now I needed the techniques to get good at this sport.”

It is pretty clear that Bhullar is disciplined and punctual in his diet and training. His consistency has brought him to great heights becoming a heavyweight champion.

Arjan Bhullar to face Anatoliy Malykhin for the Heavyweight Championship

During Arjan Bhullar’s ONE hiatus, Anatoly Malykhin won the ONE Interim Heavyweight title. The Russian fighter has proved his dominance in both light heavyweight and heavyweight classes. Soon, he will be facing the current ONE Heavyweight Champion Arjan Bhullar for the title this week.
