UFC 296 will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, on Sunday, December 17. The card will feature Leon Edwards vs Colby Covington in the main event and Alexandre Pantoja vs Brandon Royval in the co-main. However, many will also tune in to witness the exciting Ferguson vs Pimblett bout.

The former UFC interim champion posted a video on X showing his latest training regime. He captioned it by thanking ‘Coach Goggins’ and said he Pimblett is going down. And in the video, we can see the two training extremely hard. Such was the extreme training that Ferguson even puked.
Goggins is a former US Navy seal and a certified ‘Hard man.’ He became popular for his extreme training regime and strict discipline. In recent years, Goggins has also blown up on social media thanks to his comments about training and fitness.
Ferguson training with Goggins is not such a surprise. ‘El Cucuy’ also has unique and extreme training measures. Moreover, Ferguson enters the octagon at UFC 296 on the back of six straight defeats in the UFC. Therefore, he needs all the help he can get to get his record back on track. Another loss and it could be the end for Tony Ferguson.
While Paddy Pimblett is not the toughest challenge in the division, his awkward style could make it difficult for Ferguson. In addition, Pimblett is a skilled grappler and could use it to great advantage against ‘El Cucuy.’
