Bruce Buffer is arguably the voice of the UFC. The announcer has made the UFC octagon his own with his trademark announcement style and phrases. Such is his influence, a UFC event does not feel the same if he is not there. And now, the 66-year-old has revealed his warm-up routine for UFC announcements.

Bruce Buffer who is now worth $12 million, has been with the UFC since 1996. He started from the preliminary fight and now no PPV is complete without his legendary voice. Along the way, Buffer has made a few things his own, like the phrase, “It’s time” and the Buffer 180. And while he sometimes does events outside the UFC, he is most famous for his work with the MMA promotion.

Bruce Buffer reveals his warm-up for UFC events
Buffer is 66 years old, but despite his age, he belts out some of the best announcements at every UFC event. Many videos show how much Buffer strains his body when making the announcements. And while fans and fighters enjoy it, it clearly takes a lot out of him.
However, the American shared a video on X to show his warm-ups. He captioned it with, “I ALWAYS WARM UP TO GIVE OUR UFC WARRIORS ALL THE ENERGY THEY DERSERVE BEFORE THEY DO BATTLE IN THE OCTAGON”
The video shows Buffer stretching his legs, loosening up his body, a few jumps to get the blood flowing, and some head twists. This is all inside the octagon. We are sure the American also does a lot more beforehand in terms of making sure his vocal cords are perfect for the announcement.
Bruce Buffer is now on Cameo
Buffer also revealed on X that he is now on the popular celebrity video request site, Cameo. After so many years, Buffer has finally made a cameo. Fans can now request announcements like champ intros, birthdays, baby births, and other special announcements.
The American shared his Cameo link and said he was enjoying filming the videos for his fans. A personalized video will cost fans $375 while a message to Buffer will set you back $20.
