The Meta boss revealed during the interview that he tries to engage in “fighting” exercises like jiu-jitsu and MMA three to four times each week. The rest of his week is filled with exercises like aerobic and mobility work.
Since the outbreak, Zuckerberg has dedicated himself more and more to jiu-jitsu, a combat sport in which two opponents grapple while using joint locks and submission holds. In the past, Zuckerberg has stated that engaging in “something that’s meditative” as well as physical exercise has benefited his mental health.
