Conor McGregor, the first two-division champion in UFC history, hasn’t competed since 2021 because of a severe leg break he sustained during his matchup with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. Since then, there has been a lot of chatter about his potential return. McGregor’s participation in the USADA testing pool now verifies his sincere intentions. Notably, his rivals are eagerly following his return to form. Recently, Conor McGregor’s return was questioned by Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager Abdelaziz on Twitter.
Much of the commotion surrounding McGregor’s comeback was caused by his absence from the USADA testing pool. ‘The Notorious’ return to the pool nonetheless gives his supporters some comfort. Ali Abdelaziz wasn’t deterred from attacking him in spite of that.

Social media user Ali Abdelaziz routinely expresses his ideas on a variety of subjects. He most recently contributed to Charles Oliveira’s GOAT debates.
Now that he is Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager, he is concentrating on Conor McGregor, who is about to make a highly awaited comeback in the octagon.
The outspoken Abdelaziz responded to McGregor’s tweet about re-joining the USADA pool and getting ready for his comeback fight on Twitter.
The conflict between “The Notorious” and Abdelaziz started after McGregor’s defeat to Khabib at UFC 229. Since then, they’ve routinely argued on social media, fought at UFC fights, and argued in interviews. So it should come as no surprise that Nurmagomedov’s manager has once more targeted the ‘Mystic Mac’.
But McGregor’s return to USADA will definitely please his supporters. When and against whom he will return, though, are still unknown.
The exact return date has not yet been established, though. In a recent post-fight news conference for UFC Vegas 80, Dana White expressed his uncertainty about Conor McGregor’s chances of competing at UFC 300.
The USADA officials received the Irishman’s paperwork, according to the UFC president. This suggests that he will soon return to the top MMA promotion. Fans anxiously anticipate the return of the UFC’s top star, regardless of the opponent, hoping for a successful finale to his career.
