Khabib, who has admired his father his entire fighting career, recently acknowledged that it would be very challenging for him to carry on fighting without his father’s backing and direction.
Khabib had said he would completely remove from MMA and Wrestling and would be focusing on some other sport altogether. But it looks like the athlete couldn’t run away from his love for wrestling and combat sports as he made a return to AKA and begins training with the old UFC fighters. On Instagram Khabib Nurmagomedov shared a picture with his teammates along with the caption ‘Today was old school wrestling’.
The post has already gotten enormous likes and engagement from MMA fans. We do not know if Khabib might change his hind and return to the octagon, but we definitely know the athlete can not stay away from his love for combat sports.
