The topic of sparring for practice came up recently in a conversation between Joe Rogan and one of his guests. Rogan mentioned how UFC fighter Sean Strickland spars practically all the time. This prepares him for big-fighting situations at any time of year. It’s not even necessary for the fights to take place inside the Octagon.

Joe Rogan Re-evaluates The Video Shared By UFC Fighter Sean Strickland
Perhaps Strickland fit under any one archetype because of his very talkative personality. Is he the villain who disparages every fighter or the lovely guy that everyone adores? Strickland has frequently disparaged boxers and opponents, including Israel Adesanya, with his remarks.
Joe Rogan said. “UFC middleweight champion who is a gun nut and really knows how to use guns yeah out of all the guys. Trains. I mean you see every photo that he has he does YouTube videos just’s f*cking ARS on the wall behind him like he’s not f*cking around kids he’s ready. He’s so marketable as like an anti-hero but also a hero you know.”
In a now-viral video, UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland confronts someone outside his driveway. Joe Rogan offered his take on the incident. Posting the modified video that appeared to have been taken by his home security system, Strickland claimed that at first he thought the individual was trying to steal his car. But later on understood that he was drunk and trying to escape the police after having allegedly assaulted a woman.
Joe Rogan remarked, “What a wrong house to break into, out of all the houses to mess with.” He highlighted Strickland’s UFC championship, his skill with a gun, and his commitment to training, emphasizing that Strickland is a man not to be trifled with.
