On Saturday, October 14, 2023, UFC Fight Night: Yusuff vs. Barboza will take place at the UFC Apex facility in Enterprise, Nevada, in the United States.

When Sodiq Yusuff and Edson Barboza, two featherweights, enter the Octagon for the main event, there will likely be fireworks. Originally scheduled for UFC Fight Night: Moraes vs. Sandhagen in October 2020, this fight was postponed for an unannounced reason. An exciting encounter between these two charismatic warriors will finally be witnessed by fight fans.

UFC Fight Taking Place This Saturday, October 14, 2023

There will be a lot more action in addition to the main event. The draw of the card is further enhanced by a bantamweight fight between Cameron Saaiman and Christian Rodriguez. Due to Rodriguez’s injury, this fight was rescheduled from the original July UFC 290 date.

Additionally, Tainara Lisboa and Ravena Oliveira’s women’s bantamweight fight is scheduled. Darya Zheleznyakova was originally scheduled to compete, but she was forced to withdraw for unknown reasons, making room for Oliveira to enter.

Unfortunately, not all of the matches have held up. Tatsuro Taira and David Dvoak’s flyweight fight has been called off for undisclosed reasons. However, the upcoming card has a tonne of more thrilling competitions.

Michel Pereira was initially scheduled to fight Marc-André Barriault in the middleweight division. Barriault has sadly had to withdraw from the fight due to health reasons, and Andre Petroski will now compete.

Last but not least, there was supposed to be a lightweight fight between Terrance McKinney and Chris Duncan, however, Duncan had to withdraw due to visa complications. As a result, Brendon Marotte, a promotional rookie, fills in for what should be a noteworthy debut.

Fighting from different divisions, UFC Fight Night: Yusuff vs. Barboza promises to be an amazing night of MMA combat.
