How Much Money Did Alexandre Pantoja Earn By Becoming the Flyweight Champion and Beating Brandon Moreno at UFC 290?

Brazilian fighter Alexandre Pantoja did his absolute best to overpower Brandon Moreno. At UFC 290, the long-awaited dream is finally fulfilled as Pantoja wins the UFC Flyweight title. Despite Moreno’s several attempts to win the fight back, he failed to retain his title due to Pantoja’s high-skill ground game and control time, ultimately securing his victory.

As per the reports, Alexandre Pantoja will receive a base salary of $182,000 and an additional fight bonus of $70,000. The fight win-bonus may vary due to his excellent championship win against Moreno. Moreover, he would also earn sponsorship earnings between $20,000 to $50,000. In his previous fights, he earned a base salary of $150,000 with bonuses worth 60,000. Eventually, Pantoja will possibly go home with a total fight purse worth $250,000.

On the other hand, Brandon Moreno will go home with a bigger fight purse. He will receive a base salary of $342,000 with a sponsorship bonus worth $50,000. Despite a loss at UFC 290, the former champion leaves with a bigger fight purse worth $400,000.
