Henry Cejudo recently shared a heartfelt message about his older sister, Gloria Nelly Cejudo, who has bravely fought cancer for the past two years. He expressed awe at her resilience, highlighting the many vital roles she played in his life, often serving as a second mother. 

He emphasized her exceptional selflessness and thanked her for imparting valuable lessons on unconditional love. Henry expressed that she is now free from pain and suffering, and he believes she is rejoicing in the company of their Heavenly Father, enjoying the peaches she always dreamed of in heaven.

Losing a family member is an incredibly difficult experience, and the process of grieving can extend over several months. However, as Cejudo mentioned, his sister’s struggle and pain have come to an end, and he finds solace in the belief that she is now reunited with their father. Cejudo was raised alongside his three siblings—Angel Cejudo, Gloria Cejudo, and Alonzo Cejudo—and has a strong bond with each of them. Undoubtedly, Gloria’s passing will deeply impact him.
