The merging of MMA and Pro-Wrestling giants raise the companies’ net worth to $21.4 billion. WWE has been governed by the same family for years, but this partnership with Endeavor ushers in a new era for the company.

The completion of the deal is anticipated by both parties to occur in late 2023. When this happens, the merged sports entertainment giant will have devoted fans of both brands. WrestleMania, WWE’s greatest annual live event spectacular, was held over two nights at SoFi Stadium and has concluded. The business estimates that 161,892 individuals were present at the stadium for the event. WWE Superstars and other famous people like Logan Paul, KSI and others appeared at the event.

Successful pay-per-view events for the unscripted UFC, which Endeavor acquired a controlling interest in by 2021, demonstrate the company’s foresight.
