Conor McGregor fight: UFC news: Conor McGregor has been teasing his UFC return for quite a while now. Meanwhile, he has grabbed several call-outs from variant fighters, including former Bellator lightweight champion Michael Chandler. Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler are two of the most exciting fighters on the roster and a clash between them would be epic. However, Michael Chandler believes Conor McGregor doesn’t need to come back to the UFC. For UFC News updates with InsideSport.IN

In a chat with ESPN MMA, Chandler pinpointed his intentions of facing Conor McGregor and justified how he is a perfect match for the Irishman. That said, Chandler is unsure of McGregor’s wishes and whether the super fight will ever happen.

He said, “I do think that’s the fight to make. When you are talking about Conor McGregor being on the other side of this you know, two-person engagement that we have to get into. Conor’s got every opportunity on the entire planet at his disposal. Does he need to come back? Absolutely not. Does he want to come back? We don’t know. If he does want to come back, who in the heck is else do you want to be standing on the other side?”

Both Michael Chandler and Conor McGregor lost their last UFC outings against ‘Diamond’ Dustin Poirier. While Michael Chandler is currently 4-3 in the UFC, he has already become a top-tier personality. On the contrary, Conor McGregor hasn’t won a UFC fight since defeating Donald Cerrone in January 2020. It’s almost three years since we have seen McGregor win now.
