Conor McGregor makes his combat comeback in 2023. The Irish UFC great was sidelined for nearly two years when he battled Dustin Poirier in 2021 and suffered a horrific leg injury. The extended break hasn’t diminished McGregor’s popularity, though, as Dana White and the UFC officially announced his comeback, and the crowd is going bonkers.

The upcoming season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter will have “The Notorious” coaching fellow lightweight Michael Chandler before he takes the stage. Then, later in September, the two will square up against each other in a pay-per-view event.
McGregor gassed up on his comeback
After two years from the UFC, Conor McGregor has assured fans that he is “energetic and ready” for his upcoming showdown against Chandler.
Speaking to Mirror News, McGregor expressed his excitement for the Chandler battle, saying, “I’m looking forward to it.” “I feel terrific, energized, and prepared. My high kicks are coming at a faster rate than my jab. I’m therefore eager to return. Tomorrow, [I fly to Vegas].”
