1-1 as a martial artist, Shields is unbeaten as a pro boxer. That said, ‘T-Rex’ wants to prove her worth as an elite-level -MMA fighter too. Adding to that, Shields seems unworried about any challenges.

A few days back, she green signaled the idea of boxing former welterweight world champion Keith Thurman in a potential cross-gender fight. All these features assure her to be a fearless fighter and Conor McGregor seems happy to help her out in MMA.

Claressa Shields connected with TMZ and revealed how MMA fighters are reaching out for her after the much-awaited PFL multi-bout deal.

She said, “Conor McGregor inboxed me. Cris Cyborg reached out. They were like, ‘What [are] your doing?’ Conor actually gave me some of the best advice today. He just was like, ‘Don’t take away from your boxing.”

“You just need to be comfortable being on your back and comfortable with your wrestling.’ He was interested [in] me and him doing some work together. That’s an honor. Thank you to Conor McGregor for that.”

Claressa Shields will be an extremely good addition to PFL MMA. ‘T-Rex’ will now be the under the same promotion sheltering Francis Ngannou, Amanda Serrano, Jake Paul, and others.

 The idea of hosting Shields against Serrano under the MMA rule-might also be intriguing. Now that Conor McGregor is ready to help Claressa Shields, it can help the boxing champion to flourish more as a martial artist.

Conor McGregor is also gunning for his MMA comeback

UFC superstar Conor McGregor verbally announced his UFC return against Michael Chandler in December, possibly in UFC 296 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, the Irishman has already cited two more names after Michael Chandler.

He said, “[Michael] Chandler in December and then [Justin] Gaethje BMF, and then we will do Nate [Diaz] trilogy.”

The return of Conor McGregor looks likely to happen shortly unless there is any change in plans. Meanwhile, UFC President Dana White id yet to comment on it.
