Conor McGregor won his First MMA Title: Conor McGregor is undoubtedly the biggest MMA name to exist and be part of the sport. He deserves all the credit for putting the sport, where it is today.
Although, the first brick to this legendary legacy was put on today a decade back, when he won his first ever professional MMA Championship.
He was part of the Cage Warriors Promotion back then and was young rising prospect and got his first title shot at the Featherweight Division against then Champion Dave Hill.

The fight came to end with Conor submitting Dave Hill with a Rear Naked Choke in the second round. He also became the first men to submit Hill in a professional fight.
Conor then went on to become the Cage Warriors Double Champion and soon joined UFC after that to become the first UFC Double Champion.
The Notorious One has written a legacy that can never be forgotten. The sport of MMA can never forget what Conor did for it.
