Conor McGregor claims to have built own UFC octagon
And McGregor, who some claim has dipped in recent years, rose to the top of the UFC food chain thanks to his fervour, dedication, and stunning performances, making him one of the select few to simultaneously win titles in two weight classes. And most recently, McGregor gave supporters yet another illustration of his dedication to the game.
Unrelated to the UFC, a fan shared a video showing McGregor sparring with a rival in an Octagon. He inquired as to whether the footage related to the lead-up to UFC 257. In his reply, McGregor claimed that this was an exact replica of the UFC octagon he had constructed in his backyard for training purposes and decorated with his own branding.
Conor McGregor responded to the tweet with, “This is out my back garden in a marquee. I built an exact UFC octagon with my own brands representing the canvas. Awesome stuff!”

McGregor was anticipated to make his return this year after spending the previous two years out of the octagon rehabbing from the fractured leg he sustained in his defeat to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 two years ago. He intends to fight Michael Chandler at welterweight on his return to the promotion, according to current rumours. In the current season of The Ultimate Fighter, the two competed against one another as coaches. Uncertainty surrounds the precise day of his return, which was initially planned for UFC 296.
