Andrew Tate Workout

Tate has spoken about how his workout evolved over time. ‘Top G’ once admitted that in the past, there was a lot of cardio, shadow boxing, and sparring as part of his training. This was back when he was active in the ring. However, the outspoken millionaire celebrity is now a big advocate for lifting heavy.

Tate has often spoken about the importance of lifting weights. He has transitioned from training for endurance and stamina to training for strength and physique. As a result, Tate has bigger muscles compared to his fighting days.

Andrew Tate’s workouts comprise a lot of heavy lifting, whether that is bench presses, squats, rows, raises, or even deadlifts. The ‘Top G’ does them all at heavy weights. In addition, he is a big advocate for bodyweight push-ups, and he claims he smashes out at least a thousand push-ups a day.

Conor McGregor workout

Former UFC Conor McGregor, on the other hand, is technically still an active fighter. Therefore, his routine will differ greatly from Tate’s. McGregor’s workouts include different fighting disciplines, like boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling. In addition, he also runs an awful lot to be in great condition to fight five rounds.

As for his gym workout, McGregor loves variety. There are several bodyweight exercises incorporated into his routine. This includes pull-ups, push-ups, muscle-ups, and more. ‘The Notorious’ often posts these workouts on his Instagram account, as well as his McGregor Fast app. And while he also lifts weights, especially over the last year, in general, McGregor will focus more on endurance and strength rather than building muscle.

Which workout will be perfect for you?

Before we suggest which workout would be perfect for you, we have to stress that workouts are subjective. Each person has different goals, and each person’s body reacts differently, and recovers differently.

However, if you are looking to build muscle and get bigger, Andrew Tate’s workout would be better for you. On the other hand, if you are looking to increase your endurance, your stamina, while also putting on muscle, then a holistic workout plan like Conor McGregor’s would be better.
