“It would help if you indeed had a diet plan in addition to that, too. As a result, we are currently bulking. We eat a lot of food. It’s not easy, to be honest, but I never imagined that I would be the one to be complaining about how much I eat.”
“I’m consuming over 4,000 calories a day, which is problematic. I never thought I’d complain about overeating food,” he continued later. “I desire to be the best. It’s gotten me all worked up, and I deserve it. Yes, it’s a difficulty, but that makes it exciting.”
Volkanovski feels like a brick wall
“I’m now twice as powerful as I was because I’m moving up, bulking up, and telling myself we need to become stronger and concentrate on that takedown defense,” Volkanovski remarked on the FREESTYLEBENDER YouTube channel.
“My defense is excellent. When someone tries to run into me, I’m like a brick wall; they can immediately feel that when they grasp me or we grip each other. They can already tell that the strength is there. Therefore you are left wondering what to do next.”
Alexander Volkanovski UFC 284 diet REVEALED: 4000 CALORIES/DAY- Massive update on Alexander Volkanovski’s preparation for the Islam Makhachev fight at UFC 284, CHECK Makhachev vs Volkanovski details“This guy ain’t too huge; you can tell by the look on his (Islam) face,” Volkanovski added. “I have observed that on many people’s faces. That was evident in my most recent four or five battles before this one. When I enter the octagon, however, that expression immediately changes.”
“Give me ten seconds with him; his expression will change remarkably fast. That size suddenly becomes irrelevant. The moment I placed my hands on him, something else went wrong. Then when they try to grab me, I’m like a brick f***ing wall. There is yet another issue.”
