Conor McGregor, a two-time UFC champion, will star with Jake Gyllenhaal in Prime Video’s new adaptation of the iconic 1980s action film Road House. This will be Conor McGregor’s acting debut in a big studio film. He joins a cast that includes Bob Menery, Dominique Columbus, Beau Knapp, Billy Magnussen, Daniela Melchior, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Lukas Gage, Hannah Love Lanier, and B.K. Cannon.
Anthony Bagarozzi and Charles Mondry wrote the screenplay, and Doug Liman is directing it. For his business, Silver Pictures, Joel Silver produces. Executive producers are Aaron Auch, JJ Hook, and Alison Winter.

Endeavor share price falls after Dana White slapped his wife
Following the release of a video showing Dana White, the president of Endeavor’s Ultimate Fighting Championship division, striking his wife, the media and entertainment company’s stock price dropped on Tuesday. Shares of Endeavor decreased by over 6%.
This week, TMZ released a video showing White and his wife, Anne, fighting at a New Year’s Eve party in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The two can be seen bickering in the video before Anne White slaps Dana White. Then he strikes her. Requests for a response from Endeavor and the UFC were not immediately entertained.

According to news sources, White apologized on Monday in front of the public. In a separate statement to TMZ, Anne White called it an isolated incident.
UFC News round up: UFC 283 updates
Guram Kutateladze was hoping to move past his most recent defeat and start his ascent into the top 15, but he is now out of luck as Thiago Moises’ match against him at UFC 283 prelims has been postponed. On January 21, 2023, the vacant UFC Light Heavyweight Championship is expected to be contested by former champion Glover Teixeira and Jamahal Hill.
The co-main event of the UFC’s first pay-per-view card of 2023 will take place in Brazil and feature the fourth and last match of a legendary MMA rivalry. In the co-main event of UFC 283, flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo will face former champion Brandon Moreno, with the division’s title on the line.
