Jorge Masvidal attacked Colby Covington: The former best friends had a lot of bad blood running between them as it never came to an end even after their meeting in the octagon.
Colby Covington outclassed Jorge Masvidal with his wrestling and grabbed a unanimous decision victory. Although both of them were ready to go at each other even after the conclusion of the fight.
Almost two weeks later the bad blood resurfaced as Jorge Masvidal cheap shot Colby Covington after ambushing him in the restaurant from behind.

Court issues Jorge Masvidal stay away orders from Colby Covington: Both Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal were present in the meeting via zoom call and court issued Jorge Masvidal to stay 25 feets away from C.C presumed to be Colby Covington and the vehicle he is travelling in, he has also been asked to stay 500 feets away from Covington’s home and not to contact him by call, messages, social media, email or any other medium directly or indirectly.
Masvidal’s attorneys plan to file motions to examine the alleged damages on Colby Covington’s $90,000 Rolex that he was wearing during the altercation with Jorge Masvidal, along with past medical records. According to police reports, $15,000 worth of damage was done. The request asked that the evidence would be kept “status quo,” meaning that if the watch wasn’t altered since the incident and it remains the way so that it can be examined.
The next hearing for the status quo has been scheduled for the 12th of may 2022 an it would revolve around the status examination of the damage to the watch.
