Jon Jones to dominate the UFC once again: Beefed up look of Jon Jones has made powerful tides on his return. He leaps from light heavyweight division to heavyweight division, marking his dominant comeback.

Jon Jones is widely regarded as the greatest fighter in UFC history. He has fought superior fighters of all generations and has yet to be defeated decisively.

With an undisputed record for the highest number of a title defenses (13) in UFC, Jon Jones stands as a legend.‘Bones’ holds a record  [26 wins,1 loss, and 1 no contest]

Whenever there will always be any questions about who the best UFC fighter is, Jon Jones will undoubtedly be included in the discussion anytime it occurs.

Talking to Jon Jones’s training partner Trocacao Franca, he said: “He’s been waiting two years for this.

“He’s walking around at 255 pounds but is so strong and cardio will be the key. He has so much cardio. He hits pads for two hours and doesn’t slow down.

“You’re never comfortable with him in sparring. If you start to get comfortable with the hands, he wrestles you. If you want to get up, he throws elbows and knees. Not many people can do that at heavyweight. Everybody has heavy hands, but not many people can combine wrestling and jiu-jitsu and Jones’ versatility will make the difference.”

Being a heavy hitter and possessing a strong ground game, Jones is a nightmare for his opponents.

Being former pound-for-pound No.1, he hasn’t fought and has been inactive since defending his light heavyweight belt for the last time in February 2020.

The Bones is to make his return in September against ex-champion heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic.

Bones tweeted after the predator’s win over Ciryl Gane in UFC 270 stating he is excited about breaking records in the division.
