Is Nick Diaz MENTALLY and PHYSICALLY Fit for the Kamaru Usman fight: Nick Diaz made his UFC return after 6 years in a rematch fight against Robbie Lawler at UFC 266 but unfortunately he lost that fight.
The Stockton Diablo has been out of action ever with no news on his return back to the Octagon but recently in an interview his revealed that Nick Diaz is eyeing the Octagon return by the end of this year.
The last time, Nick Diaz was in the octagon he lost the match by TKO and was not seeming himself. The Diaz brothers are known for their relentless approach and gangster gimmick but Nick Diaz seemed different in his second fight against Lawler as if he was struggling mentally.
Although during a recent interview he revealed that he wants to make a comeback and that too against the pound for pound king Kamaru Usman, he added that he is not gonna fight some fighter and “let them whoop his a**” not because he cannot win because he would lose but because he is not motivated to fight them.
Diaz added that he wants the title shot and he thinks he can actually beat Usman but this is something their boss Dana White doesn’t agree with. Although the bigger question is that, is Nick Diaz even mentally and physically up for the challenge as big as Usman.
The last time he was in the octagon, it was appearing as if he was going through a lot mentally and forced himself to make this return, so fans are excited for his return but they are also worrying about him and his mental state.
The question still remains if Nick Diaz will be in good state for the fight if this happens but as we know the Diaz brothers we should never count them out.
