The current champion, Volkanovski, weighed 144.5 pounds, and the interim winner, Rodriguez, weighed 145 pounds.
Before their championship match in the co-main event, flyweight champions Brandon Moreno and Alexandre Pantoja were also on point. Both individuals weighed 125 pounds.
In order to compete for the flyweight championship, Brandon Royval weighed in at 125 pounds.

When Will Alexander Volkanovski vs Yair Rodriguez Hit The Weighing Scale?
Starting at precisely 12 p.m. ET, the UFC 290 early (and official) weigh-ins will be broadcast LIVE from the promotion’s APEX centre in the attached video above. The event should take about two hours, but depending on how quickly all 28 fighters arrive at the scale, it might end considerably sooner. The UFC 290 ceremonial weigh-ins with fighter staredowns will also be held by the promotion at 7 p.m. ET, live from T-Mobile Arena. In non-title fights, the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) allows one extra pound, but championship bouts must return the precise weights, without exception.
