The ESPN+ pay-per-view broadcast of the main card from Miami will begin at 10 p.m. ET, with preliminary bouts airing on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, and ESPN+ at 8 p.m., and earlier preliminary bouts airing on ESPN+ at 6 p.m.
Pereira is undefeated in mixed martial arts (MMA), with seven wins and one draw. He is now ranked joint-10th in the ESPN men’s pound-for-pound rankings.
Adesanya (23-2) is ranked sixth in the middleweight division and has never been defeated in 24 professional bouts. Yet the November loss was his fourth to Pereira in combat sports overall; the two had previously battled twice in kickboxing.
