The non-title fights that are not part of the Main or Co-main event are scheduled for 3 rounds.

Nate Diaz vs Leon Edwards is the only non-title fight in history to be scheduled for 5 rounds in spite of not being a part of the Main or Co-main event.
Although a fight of this caliber, which holds bad blood too can be given an opportunity to go at each other for five straight rounds.
UFC has still not uttered a single word on the UFC 281 PPV but the speculations are making the fans go crazy.
