Aljamain Sterling takes shot at Petr Yan: Aljamain Sterling, The Bantamweight Champion who is set to headline the Co-main event of the UFC 273 PPV for the Bantamweight Championship of the World has fired the shots at his opponent and the Interim Bantamweight Champion Petr Yan.
He posted a picture of himself with a book in his hand titled ‘MMA Rulebook 4 Dummies’ followed by a video of his team sparring and trolling Petr Yan for the illegal knee strike in their first bout.
He depicted a couple of things a fighter can do from a certain position to counter it instead of hitting them with an illegal knee strike in the head.

Aljamain Sterling vs Petr Yan 1: The first time these two fighters shared the octagon Petr Yan was the Bantamweight Champion and Aljamain Sterling was the challenger.
Petr Yan was having great control of the match over Aljamain Sterling and was a clear winner according to the point.
Although the match ended in a totally different way as Petr Yan hit Funkmaster with a illegal knee strike on his head when he was down. This resulted in disqualification of Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling was announced as the winner and the new Bantamweight Champion.
