Novak Djokovic and Nick Kyrgios have turned their relationship around. From Kyrgios trash-talking Djokovic to them blowing kisses towards each other. The funny incident occurred in the Australian Open 2024 quarterfinal between Djokovic and Taylor Fritz.
After winning a marathon point, Novak Djokovic decided to blow a kiss towards the commentary booth in the Rod Laver Arena. The 10-time Grand Slam champion decided to blow a kiss to Nick Kyrgios, Patrick, and Johan McEnroe in the booth.
For the unaware, Kyrgios is currently out with an injury and not competing in the Australian Open 2024. The Wimbledon finalist is instead doing commentary and punditry, giving in-depth analysis about his colleagues.
As for Novak Djokovic, he is currently gunning for a record-extending 11th Australian Open title. If he manages to beat Fritz, he’ll either face 5th seed Andrey Rublev or 4th seed Jannik Sinner in the semifinals on Friday, January 26.
