Nadal’s race against time for Grand Slam number 23
Nadal has been inflicted with injuries throughout his career but with progressing age is having difficulty in bouncing back like he used to. Novak Djokovic his biggest rival is tied with him at 22 Grand Slams and is fit as a fiddle for the ongoing clay swing. Nadal now has only two tournaments left for his preparation for Roland Garros. He would now hope to make his comeback at the Mutua Madrid Open 2023 which starts from 26th April. If Nadal isn’t able to play in Madrid, his last resort would be Rome Masters which starts about 2o days before French Open 2023.
