Pitch Report
The third game of the ongoing BBL 12 season will be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. This track surely offers something for both bowlers and batters, and this venue has hosted some fantastic T20 games in the past. The venue will once again use a drop-in wicket.
Once set, the pitch is level and conducive to long batting innings by the batters. The pacers produce a lot of movement from the track with the new ball here, as was also observed in the T20 World Cup. The huge stadium boundaries will put spinners in the game throughout the middle overs.
