Playing in Crucial Asia Cup clash, Sri Lanka made history by being the first team to take all ten wickets against India in an ODI with spin. In the Super Fours encounter at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, the defending Asia Cup champions put on a fantastic bowling display on a spin-friendly pitch. The home team also went on to register another record against India on Tuesday.

He took the big wickets of Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Hardik Pandya, and Rohit Sharma in a perfect performance.Part-time spinner Charith Asalanka, who had only one wicket in 38 ODIs prior to Tuesday, picked up 4/18 while tearing through India’s lower-middle order.
