Nazish Jahangir, who gained attention after her statement on Babar Azam and was subsequently trolled by his fans, is now making headlines again.
An ARY News report states that a Lahore court has instructed the Defense-C police to take Nazish Jahangir into custody. The legal proceedings were initiated by fellow actor Aswad Haroon, who has accused her of multiple offences.
According to Haroon’s complaint, Jahangir borrowed both his vehicle and Rs. 5 million, assuring repayment within two months. However, even after six months, she allegedly failed to fulfil her commitment. Haroon further alleged that she sent an associate, Sikandar Khan, who reportedly issued death threats against him.
Recently, this Pakistani actress landed in trouble over her statement on Babar Azam, which was largely misunderstood, leading to intense trolling.

Recently, Pakistani actress Nazish Jahangir has been heavily trolled by Babar Azam’s fans. This happened after her reaction on Instagram went viral. She was asked what her response would be if Babar Azam proposed to her, to which Nazish replied, “I would reject his proposal.”
Her response did not sit well with the fans of the former Pakistani captain, as many of them trolled the actress so much that she had to switch her account from public to private.
Disheartened by the criticism, Nazish Jahangir stated, “It is extremely unfortunate that this is not only tarnishing my name but also Babar Azam’s. These people claim to respect and admire Babar, yet their behaviour is completely inappropriate. I feel sorry for them.” Apart from this, Jahangir clarified what she meant by her statement, as she believes that all national cricketers deserve high regard, and she considers them like brothers.
